Ambassador Intra Holdings Limited is incorporated on 21St May, 1982 under the Companies Act 1956 and got its Certificate of Commencement of Business on 31st Day of May, 1982 under the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. The Company had came out with public issue in the year 1982. Later on, Registered office of the Company was shifted from State of Calcutta to State of Gujarat vide special resolution Dated 14.03.1985 and shifted Register of Companies, West Bengal to Register of Companies, Gujarat. At present registered office of the company is situated at 1093/1, 305 Sur Mount Complex, Behind ISCON Mandir, S.G Highway Road, Satellite, Jodhpur, Ahmedabad 380059.
The main object in the company’s memorandum of association is to carry on the business of trading of all kind of textiles garments and trading in shares and securities.
At present the Company is listed at Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Limited. The paid up capital of the Company is Rs. 209,08,340 divided into 2,090,834 equity shares having face value of Rs. 10/- each.
