Mr.Piyush Doshi, aged approx. 50 years, is a qualified Bachelor in Commerce and is our promoter cum Managing Director of our Company. He has very good knowledge in business, accounts and tax. He has excellent experience in textile sector. His outspoken skills and dynamic skills will benefit the company in all ways. He takes care of operations in the Company in an efficient manner.

 

 

Mr. Siddharth Ajmera, aged approx. 33 years, is a qualified Bachelor in Commerce and is our promoter cum Director of our Company. He has very good knowledge in business, accounts and tax. He has excellent experience in fabric Industry. He handles all operations in the company very efficiently and is a very dynamic and outspoken person.

 

 

Mr. Atamaram Ramchandra Dindhuania, aged approx 61 years, is a matriculate. He has been associated with the Company for a very long time. He is a very efficient person.He has good knowledge of textile business.

 

 

Mr. Naresh Dattaram Chiplunkar, aged approx. 47 years is a matriculate and is an Independent Director in our Company. He has over 15 years’ experience and has in depth knowledge of management, administration and supply chain management line.

 

 

Mr. Nirmal Kumar Ramnath Tiwari, aged approx. 60 years, has cleared his education in Master of Science and had done LLB. He has retired as a Superintendent of Customs and Central Excise after serving for more than 32 years as a government service. Currently, he is providing consultancy as taxation consultant in the same field. He has immense knowledge of functioning of various industries, import and export, and other related works. He is as an Independent Director in our Company.

 

 

Mrs. Anjali Ajay Mehra, aged approx. 42 years, qualified Bachelor in Commerce. She is an Independent director in our Company. She has immense knowledge of the working of the textile industry. Her experience will help the Company in better functioning and achievement of objectives.
